Job Description
- Learn and support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Assist in managing walk-in drives, including Saturday drives when required.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth interview scheduling and communication.
- Work with job portals, social media platforms, and internal tools for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain and update candidate information on tracking systems.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support daily recruitment operations and documentation tasks.
- End-to-end understanding of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Hands-on training in sourcing strategies and use of recruitment tools.
- Best practices in candidate engagement and coordination.
- Exposure to corporate recruitment workflows at a global organization.
- Drive management and stakeholder collaboration.
