Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Records: Process new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and maintain electronic and physical employee files.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Administrative Tasks: Update HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), assist with payroll preparation, and manage internal communication.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and assist with internal audits.
