HR Manager

Job Description:

Location: Manpravah (Vashi)

Time: 11am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Manager to join our team at Manpravah. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the senior management and handle day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment and onboarding of interns and staff
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Maintaining employee and intern records
• Supporting training programs and internal HR processes
• Managing attendance, documentation, and basic HR compliance
• Coordinating with different departments and branches

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
• Background in Psychology will be preferred
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi required)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Organized, disciplined, and people-friendly nature
• Freshers with relevant education can apply

Working Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Vashi
• Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience & interview)
