Roles & Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment for Sales, IT, Operations, and Support roles
* Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-ins
* Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
* Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
* Maintaining recruitment data and MIS
* Supporting HR operations as required
Requirements :
* Graduate / MBA HR preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of recruitment process
* Immediate joiners preferred
