HR Recruiter

About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced female HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our fast-growing IT company.

You’ll be working directly with the leadership team to build strong teams, streamline HR processes, and maintain a positive, professional culture.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs
• Oversee HR policies, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Handle training & performance tracking with department heads
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• RequirementsFemale candidate only
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT or Tech startups)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software
• Smart, disciplined, and people-oriented personality
