Job Description
About the Role
Marcos Security Force India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee onboarding, and performance processes. This role is ideal for someone who understands the ground realities of manpower deployment and can coordinate efficiently across teams to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage hiring for security staff, facility teams, and internal roles.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong manpower pipeline.
Induction & Onboarding
- Conduct structured onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
- Ensure SOP understanding and documentation compliance (ID proofs, PF/ESI, joining kits, etc.).
HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Implement and update HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour welfare norms, wage rules, and licensing requirements.
- Support PSARA & Facility Management audits.
Performance & Engagement
- Maintain and monitor KRAs/KPIs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with field managers for performance tracking.
- Support disciplinary actions, retention initiatives, and refresher training.
SLA & SOP Tracking
- Work closely with Operations to ensure SLA adherence across sites.
- Monitor manpower deployment norms and service quality.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, deployment, salary inputs, and lifecycle records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and track manpower metrics.
Grievance Handling
- Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
- 3–6+ years of HR experience in Security, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of ground-level staffing challenges and industry operations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, wage norms).
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Work Requirements
- Willingness to visit client sites and manage on-ground HR coordination.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and urgent manpower requests.
