Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and update candidate status
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- Ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Requirements:Graduate in any stream
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of BPO roles and processes
- Comfortable working under pressure and in target-driven roles
- Preferred Skills:Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, indeed, etc.
Experience in bulk hiring is a plus
