- Job Detail- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer roll outs, documentation, and joining formalities
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Support on-boarding and induction activities
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies
