Required Skill Set:
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•	Good understanding of the Internet & MS Office is a must.
•	Ability to understand technical Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance with the Job description.
•	Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over a telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
•	Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
•	Understand the job responsibility and formulate a work plan
•	Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
•	Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process
•	Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
•	Conduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
•	Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required.
