HR Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter focused on blue-collar workforce hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, database management, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (technicians, operators, helpers, etc.).
• Make and attend recruitment calls, including post office hours (1–2 hours when required) based on hiring urgency, as many candidates work during general shifts.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp groups, referrals, forums, and other digital channels.
• Maintain and regularly update a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of all technicians, including:
• Certifications and skill documents
• Tracking certificate validity and renewals
• Compliance with client and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations/site teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in blue-collar hiring is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Hands-on experience using social media and informal hiring platforms (FB, WhatsApp groups, local forums).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and hiring pressure.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in manpower supply, industrial projects, construction, rope access, or similar sectors.
• Comfortable working beyond standard office hours when hiring urgency demands.
• Non-IT Hiring experience preferred
