Position Title: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to lead the recruitment and coordination efforts for blue collar employees across various technical categories. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding blue collar workers, with a strong understanding of the dynamics of hiring field-level manpower, especially in industrial environments. A key focus area will be the recruitment of skilled Rope Access Technicians based on project-specific skill requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles including Rope Access Technicians, NDT staff, helpers, riggers, welders, etc.
• Float job postings across WhatsApp groups, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards relevant to blue collar recruitment.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and certifications; maintain a pool of ready-to-deploy resources.
• Coordinate with manpower suppliers and ensure timely mobilization as per project demands.
• Be available beyond standard work hours to interact with candidates who may not have mobile access during site hours.
• Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
• Collect and verify technical certifications, logbooks, Aadhar cards, and other KYC documents.
• Facilitate ESIC and PF registration, generate UAN numbers, and maintain proper records.
• Prepare and issue project-specific offer letters and deployment confirmations.
• Arrange travel logistics and follow-up with candidates and field coordinators to track arrival dates.
• Compliance & HR Support:
• Maintain and update employee records and deployment trackers.
• Coordinate with accounts and site teams to ensure timely submission of HR documentation for billing/compliance.
• Support exit formalities including document collection, full & final coordination, and database updates.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in blue collar recruitment, preferably in industrial services or contracting companies.
• Familiarity with recruiting for Rope Access/NDT/Painting/Mechanical categories is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working odd hours when required.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn for hiring outreach.
• Working knowledge of labor documentation, ESIC, PF, and compliance is essential.
• Experience in preparing offer letters and maintaining documentation in Excel/HRMS systems.
• Desirable Traits:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment drives or mobilization coordination.

Language Skills:Mandatory: Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Preferred: Knowledge of Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage
