Location:- Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers Welcome
Salary:
- Freshers: Up to ₹18000/month
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000/month CTC
Rounds of Interviews:-

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.
- Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, telesales, and customer support roles.
