Import Export Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our export and import operations, ensuring seamless management of documentation, marketing, branding, and IT-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, market trends, and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Manage export and import operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our global presence

- Oversee branding and promotional activities

- Handle IT-related tasks, including software management and troubleshooting

- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with international partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree

- 5+ years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a managerial role

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software

- Experience with logistics and supply chain management

- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding strategies

Desired Skills:

- Experience with ECGC, IE Code, and other export-import documentation

- Knowledge of market research and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
