JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Domestic Voice Process
(Inbound).
The role involves assisting customers with health insurance-related queries and providing
accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

SHIFT TIMINGS
• Female Candidates: 8 AM – 8 PM (10-hour shift)
• Male Candidates: 8 AM – 9 PM
LOCATION
Airoli, Mumbai
(Only candidates staying nearby; no relocation cases accepted)
(No transport facility provided)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Only Graduates and UG (All marksheets required; no backlogs)
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Must stay near Airoli
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
SALARY STRUCTURE
Freshers:
• CTC: ₹2,62,200
• In-hand: ₹17,987
Experienced:
• CTC: ₹2,66,750
• In-hand: ₹19,791
