Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Call and connect with new distributors and retail outlets to introduce company products
• Fix appointments/meetings for the sales team
• Explain product details, schemes, and business opportunities to prospects
• Regular follow-ups to convert leads into active distributors/retailers
• Assist in order placement based on company-provided data and leads

Sales Coordination & Reporting

• Collect daily/weekly sales reports from zonal teams
• Track and monitor performance against sales targets
• Follow up with zonal teams to ensure target achievement
• Identify gaps in sales performance and report to management
• Maintain MIS reports of sales, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate for smooth communication between management and field teams

Operations & Order Management

• Ensure proper coordination for order processing and dispatch
• Follow up on pending orders, stock movement, and distributor performance

HR & Admin Coordination

• Issue offer letters to selected candidates
• Handle joining formalities and onboarding process
• Collect and verify employee documents (ID proof, education, etc.)
• Maintain proper employee records and documentation
