Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive who can connect with business owners (restaurants, retail shops, service businesses), understand their challenges, and convert leads into product demos and sales opportunities for our software solutions like POS, ERP, and Mobile Apps.

This role is focused on calling, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and closing small-to-mid ticket deals.

  • 🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated from ads, campaigns, website, and data lists
  • Explain company products like:

  • POS Software
  • Restaurant Management Systems
  • ERP & Billing Systems
  • Mobile Applications
  • Understand customer business type and suggest the right solution
  • Schedule product demos for senior sales or give basic demo (if trained)
  • Maintain daily follow-up with interested prospects
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or demo appointments
  • Update CRM/Excel with:

  • Call status
  • Follow-up date
  • Customer requirement
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with tech/demo team after deal closure
  • 📞 Daily Activity Expectations80–120 calls per day
  • 15–25 meaningful conversations
  • 5–8 demo bookings per day (target)
  • Regular follow-up on old leads
  • 👤 Required SkillsGood communication in Hindi + Basic English
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners
  • Ability to handle objections like:

  • “Too costly”
  • “Already using system”
  • “Call later”
  • Basic understanding of sales process
  • Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and CRM/Excel
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • 🎓 Preferred Experience6 months – 2 years in:

  • Telecalling
  • Inside sales
  • SaaS sales
  • Software / POS sales (bonus)

Freshers with strong communication can also apply.
