Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interior layouts, concepts for sample flats, lobbies, amenities, and common areas
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for execution
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Ensure designs are aligned with project budget, timelines, and brand standards
- Visit sites regularly to monitor execution quality and resolve design issues
- 🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate / residential projects preferred
- 💻 Required Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and construction detailing
