We are hiring candidates for International Voice Process to handle inbound/outbound calls with global customers and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries related to products/services
- Maintain call records in CRM
- Achieve quality and performance targets
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexible for night/rotational shifts
