International Customer Service Night Shift

The Credit Approval Representative (CAR) is responsible for communicating with and helping to qualify new customers that have applied for a payday loan. This is accomplished by helping customers through a series of qualification questions, updating the customers personal and employment information, and transferring qualified customers to Lending Agent for their state for a direct deposit of the approved funds. 

1. Contact customers that have applied for a payday loan by manually calling every available personal and employer number provided by the customer. 

2. Verify you are speaking to the customer by requiring them to state their name, email address and/or at least the last 4 digits of their social security number. 

3. Ask a series of 5-10 qualification questions that determine if the customer is eligible to be approved for a payday loan. 

4. Update or validate the customers personal and employer information on file ensuring it is accurate. 

5. Succeed in helping the customer speak to a Lending Agent to have funds approved for deposit.
