Job Title: Lead Generation Executive & Dispatcher (US Logistics Process)

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary: Competitive (Based on Interview)

Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month

Transportation: Home drop facility available

Job Overview

We are hiring energetic, motivated, and career-driven individuals for our US Transport & Logistics process. This role combines lead generation, sales, and dispatch operations, offering an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in an international business environment.

You will be responsible for handling outbound communication with US-based carriers and brokers, managing shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth logistics operations while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to carriers and brokers in the US
• Generate leads and build strong business relationships
• Provide shipment quotes and negotiate pricing
• Coordinate and manage dispatch operations efficiently
• Resolve shipment-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales/customer service is a plus
• Logistics or US process experience is an added advantage
• Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass)
