We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Voice Executive to handle incoming calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information regarding products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
• Maintain records of interactions in CRM or internal systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
• Follow company communication and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently
• Problem-solving and listening skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
• Experience0–2 years in customer support/voice process preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
