International Voice Process Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for noted International BPO Executives to handle customer interactions for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai Location. The role involves providing high-quality customer service through voice, email, or chat support while meeting performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
• Follow company policies and international compliance standards
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
