IT & ERP Executive

Job Duties

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

· Manage desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.

· Ensure proper functioning of Windows operating systems across the organization.

· Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

· Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity

· Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors for network-related issues.

· Provide day-to-day support to users for ERP-related issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve errors arising in the ERP system.

· Assist different departments in understanding and using ERP modules effectively.

· Coordinate with ERP vendors/developers for bug fixes, upgrades, and improvements.

· Ensure proper data flow and accuracy within the ERP system.

· Ensure proper backup and data security protocols are followed.

· Respond promptly to IT support requests from employees.

· Maintain records of IT assets and licenses.

· Document system configurations, troubleshooting processes, and IT procedures.

· Support data security practices and ensure safe handling of company

information.

· Ensure all CCTV cameras across the factory and office premises are functioning properly.

· Coordinate with external vendors for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

Knowledge Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

· related field.

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating system (Windows/Linux).

· 2–3 years of experience in IT support and ERP.

· Industry background: IT Hardware background

· Exceptional follow-up and task-closure discipline

· Excellence in Written and Verbal communication in English

· Strong speed and accuracy in shorthand note-taking.

· Strong multitasking and priority-handling ability
