Job Description: We are looking for a well-presentable and proactive IT Engineer for our Navi Mumbai location (Client Site). The candidate must have strong communication skills, especially in English, and the ability to manage day-to-day IT operations for approximately 30 -40 end-users.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote IT support to end-users (around 30 users).
• Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center, including user management, licenses, and basic security configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Handle basic networking tasks, including internet troubleshooting, router/switch configuration, and maintaining network stability.
• Manage assets, monitor system performance, and ensure IT policies are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or technical escalations.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support activities.
• Required SkillsGood spoken and written English communication.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 Admin Center.
• Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting (systems, applications, network, and hardware).
• Understanding of internet/networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to work independently and handle user queries professionally.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CCNA, CompTIA A+, etc., will be an advantage.
