IT Support Engineer

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software glitches, network failures, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners).
• Ticket Management: Use ITSM tools to log, track, and prioritize support requests to ensure SLA adherence.
• Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, operating systems, and computer systems.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support to end-users in person or remotely (phone, email, chat) and train users on new technology.
• Infrastructure Support: Maintain basic network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Inventory & Security: Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement and retirement of equipment. Ensure endpoint security and data backups
