Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and organize vendor bills and invoices. 
• Ensure invoices are correctly matched with Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). 
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of financial records. 
• Update and maintain vendor ledgers and payment trackers. 
• Support timely processing of vendor payments and follow-ups. 
• Coordinate with banks for routine account-related documentation and queries. 
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and administrative reports. 
• Support audits by providing documents and schedules as required. 
• Flag discrepancies, missing documents, or process gaps proactively
