Junior Account Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally (sales, purchase, journal, bank, cash vouchers)
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Support preparation of data for GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices, statements, and clarifications
• Maintain records for audits, site expenses, and project-wise accounts
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered)

Office Timing

10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Week Off
