Junior Reliability Associate (Trainee)

Reports to: Senior SKF CMP Engineer

• Training Benefit: You will receive on-the-job training on SKF Diagnostic Tools (Vibration pens, Laser alignment, Induction heaters) worth over ₹50,000 in market value.

Your Daily WorkYou will assist our lead expert in keeping industrial plants running smoothly. Your day will look like this:

Machine Checkups: Walking through the plant to collect vibration and temperature data using handheld sensors.

The "Helper" Role: Assisting the expert in aligning shafts using laser tools or heating bearings for installation.

Tool Care: Ensuring that all SKF diagnostic tools are charged, calibrated, and safely stored.

Data Entry: Uploading the readings you collected into the system for the expert to analyze.

• What We Are Looking ForPractical Mindset: You are a "mechanical person." You’ve worked on bikes, pumps, or gearboxes and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Willingness to Learn: You don't need to know SKF tech yet, but you must be eager to learn the "SKF Way" of maintenance.
• Discipline: You follow safety rules (PPE, LOTO) every single time without being told.
• Local Language: Ability to communicate with plant operators in the local language is a big plus.
