Operations Management Oversee kitchen operations during the shift. Ensure orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time.Team Supervision Assign duties to kitchen staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.Inventory & Stock Control Report low stock and wastage. Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system is followed.Reporting & Coordination Share shift reports with Kitchen/Cluster Manager. Report equipment breakdowns or operational issues. Escalate unresolved customer complaints.Packaging Orders Pack food neatly following the double-check process. Verify order accuracy before dispatch. Label orders clearly.
