We Are Hiring: Indian Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian/Conti Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently met
• Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage inventory, food storage, and minimize food waste
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies and culinary guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines (North, South, or specialty dishes)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Culinary certification is a plus
