Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Call Center Executives for our Real Estate Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential home buyers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain project details, amenities, and location benefits to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Follow up with clients and schedule site visits.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets (calls, conversions, site visits).
• Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups and closures.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in telesales / BPO / real estate preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, and regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Should be target-driven and confident in handling sales calls.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)
