Job Description
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage leads from multiple sources (calls, websites, portals)
- Maintain and update leads in CRM system
- Assign leads to sales team members
- Track lead status (new, follow-up, converted, lost)
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients
- Coordinate between telesales and field sales teams
- Generate daily/weekly reports on lead performance
- Improve lead conversion through proper tracking and communication
