Legal Title Advocates

We have vacancies for legal title advocates with min 1 years of experience in TSR/LSR, candidate with 3-5 years of experience may be considered for Sr Associates and candidates having more than 5 years of experience and having team lead experience may be considered as Associate Partner position at Sanpada. Position of Associates and Sr Associates are vacant in our Sanpada ( Vashi), Thane and Kandivali. Candidates from Maharashtra need only apply. Candidate must have prior experience of minimum 1 years for legal due diligence of properties and have carried out TSR/LSR for properties to be mortgaged with Banks and Finance companies. Candidates without having law degree but having vast experience of legal due diligence may also be considered for Associates and Sr Associates position.
