Job OverviewZone Alpha is looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage daily courier operations, tracking, team coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel knowledge and experience in e-commerce/logistics operations.

• Key Responsibilities Create and manage courier slips and tracking slips
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion
• Monitor and handle RTO & Flipkart returns
• Track and clear pending orders regularly
• Prepare daily & weekly reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Maintain process discipline and team performance
• Required Skills Good verbal and written English communication
• Strong knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
• Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
• Good coordination and multitasking skills
• Ability to use ChatGPT for documentation and productivity
• Experience Required Experience in data entry and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Excel
• Prior experience in logistics / e-commerce operations preferred
• Team management or leadership experience is a plus
