Logistics Operations Executive

We are hiring a Logistics Operations Executive with hands-on experience in logistics operations, shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and supply chain execution.

The role involves managing end-to-end logistics operations, coordinating with vendors, drivers, transporters, handling client communication, and maintaining MIS reports using Excel and logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily logistics and transportation operations

* Track shipments, delivery status, and dispatch timelines

* Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and transport partners

* Handle client communication through email and calls

* Resolve operational and delivery-related issues

* Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards

* Support branch and field teams for smooth logistics execution

Required Skills & Experience:

* 2 – 5 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain operations

* Strong experience in shipment tracking and transportation management

* Vendor coordination and client communication skills

* MIS reporting and data management using MS Excel

* Experience with logistics software or ERP systems

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills
