Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our diagnostic lab. The candidate will be responsible for developing B2B relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and coordinating with logistics/shipping partners for sample collection and reports. The role focuses on increasing patient referrals, corporate tie-ups, and brand visibility.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Doctor & Clinic Engagement:Regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals for business development
• Build strong referral networks with physicians and specialists
• Promote lab services, packages, and new test offerings
• Maintain daily reporting of doctor calls and follow-ups
• 2. Corporate & B2B Business Development:Identify and onboard corporate clients for health check-ups and diagnostic services
• Develop tie-ups with companies for employee health packages
• Handle B2B partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, and wellness centers
• Achieve monthly business targets and revenue growth
• 3. Logistics & Shipping Coordination:Coordinate with sample collection teams and logistics/shipping companies
• Ensure timely sample pickup and report delivery
• Maintain smooth communication between lab, clients, and logistics partners
• 4. Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Resolve client queries and ensure high service satisfaction
• Regular follow-up for feedback and repeat business
• 5. Marketing & Promotion:Execute field marketing activities and promotional campaigns
• Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and offers
• Participate in health camps, corporate events, and awareness programs
