Job Description
To support business growth for Ketsol’s KMS software and engineering services, develop
opportunities
Executive Manager Business Development & Opportunity Generation
• Identify and develop business opportunities for KMS software and engineering services.
• Support hunting and conversion of opportunities in Data Center, BMS, EMS, and
Automation domains & KMS opportunity from BD perspective .
• Manage KMS Mumbai team for 2x engineering.
• Coordinate customer meetings, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
Work within ecosystems involving Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar BMS
vendors.
• Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and overseas partners for opportunity development
and execution.
• Internal Coordination & Support - Coordinate with engineering teams for resource planning,
utilization, and skill alignment. Support project handovers, documentation, and customer
communication.
