About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Software Engineer to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions that enhance user experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring user interfaces to life with React.js.
• Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings to maintain code quality and team standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web security practices.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience with Next.js is a plus.
