MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with at least 6 months of experience in data management and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing reports, and supporting management with accurate and timely information.

Male Candidate Preferred

Shift Timing: 7am to 3pm & 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update databases with accuracy
• Analyze data and share insights with management
• Coordinate with departments to collect required data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Track performance metrics and generate dashboards
• Support operations and management in decision-making

Skills Required:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Preferred Candidate:

• 6 months experience as MIS Executive or similar role
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Willingness to learn and adapt
