MIS Executive

• Ensure service requests are resolved within TAT raised by frontline team by coordinating with the internal team or stakeholders

• Implement resolution in timely and qualitative manner

• Ensure closure of daily Service Requests assigned

• Provision timely communication through SMS to customers for their Service request

• Ensure updating of trackers as per business requirements

• Coordinate with Internal and External customers

• Strong Analytical skills on MS Office, Responsible for making reports & doing analysis
