🎯 Role SummaryThe MS SQL Developer will be responsible for database development, data migration, and data validation using Microsoft SQL Server. The role includes handling large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing performance during migration and day-to-day operations.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔹 SQL DevelopmentWrite, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, joins, and scripts
• Develop Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers
• Perform query performance tuning using execution plans and indexing
• 🔹 Data MigrationPerform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) from legacy systems to SQL Server
• Create and maintain data mapping documents (source to target)
• Handle bulk data import/export using tools (BCP, SSIS, Import Wizard)
• Cleanse data (remove duplicates, handle nulls, fix inconsistencies)
• Validate and reconcile migrated data (source vs target comparison)
• Execute trial migrations and final production migration
• Maintain migration logs and reports
• Support cutover and go-live activities
• 🔹 Data Management & SupportGenerate reports and support business data requirements
• Troubleshoot database-related issues in production
• Monitor database health, backups, and job execution
• 💻 Technical Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Expertise in T-SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)
• Experience in Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views
• Hands-on with data migration / ETL processes

• Handling large datasets (lakhs/millions of records)

• 🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
