Job Role :

1) RTS – Retail Telesales

Designation: Telecaller

• Process: 100% Voice, Outbound
• Eligibility: HSC / Graduate, Freshers welcome
• Language: Hindi & English
• Skills: Basic sales & insurance knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls
• Explain insurance products
• Convert leads to sales
• Customer relationship building

Shift

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 6 days working
• Sunday fixed off

Salary

• Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.53 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.75 LPA

2) CRT – Customer Relationship Team

Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Process: 100% Voice, Inbound

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries
• Provide information & resolution
• Ensure good customer experience

Salary

• Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.50 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand | CTC ₹4.1 LPA

Shift

• Rotational (9.5 hrs)
• Male: 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (24×7 shifts)
• Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• 5 days working + 2 rotational offs

3) Retention

Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)

Process: 100% Voice, Outbound

Eligibility: Graduate mandatory, 0–2 yrs exp

Responsibilities

• Call existing customers
• Policy renewals
• Explain benefits & offers
• Achieve retention targets

Shift

• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
• Salary
• Fresher: ₹12,500 in-hand | CTC ₹2.10 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.79 LPA
• Performance incentives available

4) Digital Sales (E-Channel)

Designation: Customer Relationship Executive

Process: 100% Voice, Outbound

Experience: Minimum 6 months outbound sales

Graduation mandatory

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads
• Sell insurance policies
• Achieve sales targets
• ❌ Collection / Customer Service experience not accepted
