*Job Title: Office Assistant*

*Job Summary:*

The Office Analyst will monitor and review employee work, including calls, emails, chats, or back-office tasks, to ensure adherence to quality standards and company processes. The role involves identifying mistakes, maintaining quality scores, providing constructive feedback, and helping employees improve their performance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Listen to calls or review emails/chats handled by employees.

* Check if employees follow process guidelines and scripts.

* Identify errors and mark them as per quality parameters. 

* Give basic feedback to employees on mistakes and improvements. 

* Maintain daily/weekly quality reports and scorecards. 

* Highlight common issues to team leaders or managers. 

* Ensure employees follow company rules and compliance.

Role Objective: To ensure employees follow correct processes, maintain consistent quality in their work, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

*Skills Required:* 

* Basic English communication to understand calls and emails

* Attention to detail. 

* Basic computer knowledge including Excel and reporting.

* Ability to identify mistakes. 

* Strong observation skills.

Qualifications: 

Graduate : Candidates with 0–2 year experience in BPO or customer support preferred.

Working Conditions:, work from office.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month depending on skills and interview.
