Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Phlebotomists to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Allocate daily tasks, schedules, and routes to the phlebotomy team
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain and update operational data, attendance, productivity, and reports on a daily basis
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues
• Handle escalations related to operations and field staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
• Assist in onboarding and training of new phlebotomists

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong team handling and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of data management and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, team handling, or a similar role
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or field operations preferred
• 12th Pass eligible
