Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field

About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at V-Financial Services, a leading wealth management and financial planning firm. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in mutual fund operations, client onboarding, transaction execution, renewal tracking, and MIS reporting, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Onboarding & Documentation:

• Handle end-to-end client onboarding, KYC verification, FATCA, and registration on BSE Star/MF Utility platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

2. Transaction Execution:

• Process investments, redemptions, switches, and SIP/SWP/STP transactions on BSE Star MF / MF Utility portals.
• Coordinate with RMs and Financial Planners for timely and accurate transaction execution.

3. Client Servicing & Renewal Management:

• Track and follow up on renewals, SIP expiries, insurance renewals, and portfolio updates.
• Resolve client queries promptly with a service-first approach.
• Maintain a high standard of client experience and confidentiality.

4. MIS, Reporting & Data Management:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on transactions, renewals, and client service TATs.
• Generate and review investment reports for accuracy before client delivery.

5. Operational Efficiency & Coordination:

• Liaise with fund houses, registrar & transfer agents, and internal departments for issue resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and workflow efficiency.
• Key Skills & Competencies:Hands-on experience with BSE Star MF and MF Utility platforms (mandatory).
• Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and fixed-income products.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational flow in Wealth Management / Investment Brokerage setup.
• Excellent command over English communication – written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Proactive, disciplined, and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• Preferred Background:Prior experience with a Wealth Management firm, Investment Advisor, or Financial Distributor.
• Exposure to handling HNI client operations preferred.
