Operations Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and coordinate pre-policy medicals and corporate client accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance or healthcare operations, with excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule pre-policy medicals for corporate and insurance clients.
• Maintain effective communication with corporate HRs, insurance partners, and diagnostic vendors for seamless service delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on reports and ensure timely completion and submission of cases.
• Handle client queries and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update operational records and MIS reports regularly.
• Support the operations manager in process improvement and vendor management.
• Ensure all services meet company quality and compliance standards.
• RequirementsGraduate (preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration).
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, TPA, or corporate medical services.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in pre-policy medical coordination or health check-up operations.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and corporate health services will be an added advantage.
