Role: Patient Health Care - Customer Service Process

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilitie:-

• Provide patients with psychosocial support to help them manage chronic, acute, or terminal health conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients post-discharge to understand their health status and offer necessary counseling.
• Enroll new patients into the system when they initiate contact.
• Manage both outbound and inbound calls with patients to follow up on their recovery and health needs.
• Offer emotional and informational support to patients dealing with a wide range of medical conditions.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent Verbal Communication with the ability to articulate clearly and confidently.
• Strong active listening skills and empathy.
• Patient-centric mindset with a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their health journey.

Qualification:-

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical, Medical, or Biology-related field.

Preferred qualifications include backgrounds such as:

• Paramedics
• Clinical Psychologists
• Physiotherapists
• Dietitians
• Nutritionists
• Or similar related healthcare fields.

Languages Required:

• Mandatory: English and Hindi
• Preferred: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam
