Job Summary: The Patient Care Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Support: Respond to patients/customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Scheduling and coordinating regular health check-ups for patients, ensuring all necessary tests and assessments are completed, and following up with patients post-visit to address any additional needs.
  3. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot patient issues, providing effective solutions.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist patients effectively.
  5. Documentation: Record interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
  6. Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to customers post-interaction to ensure resolution satisfaction.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  9. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Any Science Graduate or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service and healthcare filed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
