Job Description
Job Role: Personal Loan Disbursement Executive
Eligibility: Sales experience candidates only (Min 6 month)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate with good communication skills
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹19,500 (In-hand) / ₹24,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle personal loan disbursement process
Coordinate with customers for documentation and verification
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
