We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pet Pooja Operator / Billing Executive to manage the billing and order operations in our food service setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, generating invoices, handling payment transactions, and ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process customer orders via POS systems or food delivery platforms.
• Generate accurate bills and ensure timely payments (cash, card, UPI, or online platforms).
• Maintain records of daily sales, payments, and inventory usage (if required).
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the billing counter or operating station.
• Assist in daily closing reports and cash reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge (Excel, etc.).
• Experience with food delivery platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, or Pet Pooja is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.
• Previous experience in billing or food service operations is an advantage.

Working Hours:10 AM to 12 AM

Break Time : 4 PM to 7 PM
